a patent attorney to handle complex intellectual property (ip) matters.  Responsibilities include evaluating patent validity and infringement issues; participate in licensing, transactional and standards activities; and providing of support to business entities.  Must be able to direct and manage outside counsel in all aspects of patent litigation.  BS in electrical engineering or computer science or related field required.  Must have a minimum of 5 years of law firm or corporate experience.
