Corporate IP Counsel sought by major corporation.  Location is NY/NJ metro area.to handle complex intellectual property (ip) matters.  Responsibilities include evaluating patent validity and infringement issues; participate in licensing, transactional and standards activities; and providing of support to business entities.  Must be able to direct and manage outside counsel in all aspects of patent litigation.  BS in electrical engineering or computer science or related field required.  Must have a minimum of 5 years of law firm or corporate experience.

Patent Agent with a minimum of two years of experience in patent prosecution with an electrical, computer and/or physics background is sought by a large ip law firm with offices in NJ.  PTO required.
